Been a vegan for the past 6 1/2 years but not entirely by choice 🙁

I really miss chicken, and especially shrimp/all seafood, but something in all meat makes me extremely sick & I break out in hives 🙁(((

I try to make up for it with whatever I can but its hard.

What about you guys?

The problem with that is not the meat, but all the lard and extra greasy stuff added to it.

I eat everything, except lactose. if I eat all meat, I feel sick. if I eat all veggies for more than 2 days, I feel much worse. but when I eat both I feel like million bucks. I guess darwin knew his stuff.
