@ghost-of-a-duke saidFrom coast to coast
The Ghost he wants his stars back,
he's prepared sir to turn to crime,
to make Earl Grey more palatable,
he even poured it out in rhyme.
Bergamont sir is beautiful,
it's fragrant and full of zest,
although it may cause flatulence
it puts hairs upon yer chest.
Never use Bergamot
Remember dear Ghost
It makes tea better ... NOT!
@wolfgang59 saidyou sir, are my hero,
From coast to coast
Never use Bergamot
Remember dear Ghost
It makes tea better ... NOT!
but now the lines have been drawn...
gird yer loins, and arm thyself,
for we are merely pawns...
TEA PARTY!!!
@shallow-blue saidThis is an old wives' tale.
Beware! If you put milk in Earl Grey and it doesn't curdle, it wasn't real Earl Grey. Ditto for lemon tea.
People who don't know what they're doing is what curdles milk in Earl Grey.
Has no one in this thread heard of a 'London Fog'? Basically, it's an Earl Grey Latte.
Come on, even Starbucks sells it now. Of course, I take mine without sugar, and vanilla extract instead of syrup.
Do some research, instead of just parroting what you've been told.
Here's an example:
