The server or whatever is updating far too slow - even if it's several days since I ended three of my games, I'm still not allowed to start a new one. (And the poster says that I'm supposed to wait a few hours before it updates.
Reducing the limit is fine by me, but I get angry when they say 6 games when that is something that happens once a year...
Fix it. :o)

One possibility is that you are trying to start games against people who are already at their 6 game limit...
