I cannot comment on other RHP players or why they never got above a certain level but are you suggesting for one second that [b]all those above 1800 on RHP are legitimate?
Did you say you were 1200 on ICC or is No1 1200 on ICC? You do not get a rating of 2000> at bullet, blitz and standard unless you have some chess knowledge. just put up, or shut up. there are plenty of threads in the chess forum for you to knock yourself out with. and if you don't feel like contributing, that's fine also. just don't run your mouth if you haven't shown anything yourself.
i went to an otb club saturday. paid 17 dollars to play in a casual tournament. got beat two games before the tournament again by a father and son ( who seem to speak some southern european language ). i felt so bad i got up an left. i would have said something or screamed or cried but nordsly ( i did not make a mispelling here that is a clue or a freudian slip ) is always right...you cannot talk during otb.
