I stop smoking for 6 months - came down with a lot of colds.
Must admit though food, especially fresh fruit tasted brilliant.
never lost the craving - Now smoke approx 6-7 a day hand rolling.
Going to have another shot at giving up again soon.
I tried those patches but burnt my mouth when I tried to smoke them.
They are useless,
