I have stated very Clearly I WAS SCHLIEMANN!
I was not a very nice person back then
I hurt alot of people's feelings
I refuse to use that nick anymore because of those things
Mods know about who I am
They know I am not trying to cheat the system
Give it a rest...please

- the ToS were created only several years after its creation. So, there is no reason whatsoever why this person could not refer to his previous nick, provided that he doesn't keep the two active, which is obviously not happening here.

Also, you don't seem to be accepting (or are willing to accept) the pre- and post-ToS history of RHP.
Finally, it is not up to me to decide if you can change identity or not (even now with the ToS). I just know that it has been accepted before.
