I literally have ball ache. My left testicle has been throbbing for the last 5 hours and I can't fathom out why. It started as a dull ache and is slowly becoming more intense.
What should I do? 🙁

Sounds like you could have a sac tumor. Better get it checked out. The good news is almost 50% of the time they're not malignant.

Maybe he should take up professional cycling. Many guys would give their left testicle to bike like Lance Armstrong.
