It is important to note that it was broken , the screen was banjoed....not saying that makes a difference.

Just got a phone call.
Our IT department has been rung by IBM, and the Laptop is sitting in Blanch.
It is interesting to note that yesterday, both IBM and Pony Express denied handling the item yesterday, and that the buck was placed firmly at my door π On the plus side, we have now changed our procedure so there will have to be signatures from all involved in any handover of goods involving our department, a posative developement if you ask me π
