Lost the wall wart plug in, so ordered one online, 40 bucks and 4 days later I turn around in my computer room and there it is magically sitting on a shelf in plain sight. I think it was using stealth technology.
So I was able to ship back the new one and get some of my 40 back. So now waiting till the house settles down, frozen pipes, plugged up sewer line, wife with sinus infection, it is chaotic here, can't wait to get the studio back online, even lost the wifi gum stick, had to get a new one.
Got a used Alesis mixer with direct outs at a hock shop for 60 bucks and a used mike, a large diaphragm AKG Perception 120 for another 50 bucks at the same shop so itching to get it running again. The Alesis will complement my nice little Mackie.
This week sucked big time with all the house problems, latest just discovered, an end cap on a hot water pipe burst, giving about 2 inches of water in the basement, fortunately on the side with just dirt. Valved that one off till tomorrow, back to Home Depot for a new end cap, not expensive but frustrating.
That plus my wife just having sinus surgery, bleeding for a week now, it's been a sucky week.
