Never done any programming before and I must say it's doing my head in ... 🙁

Any 'advice' on a basic little program that asks a user what their name is and then outputs, 'Hello + name'?

Get your head around Object Orientation before getting stuck in with the Java code.

Yeah - I find (at this early stage of the course) that I understand all the terms we've covered quite well in isolation and relatively well in terms of how they fit together.

The struggle comes when confronted with the task of utilising that understanding andapplying it to writing programs ...

I think I'll just print off a dozen or so basic programs and go through point by point labelling everything.

I hate trying to run when my walking is still wobbly. 🙂
