Click the 'My Home' option in the top left and select 'My Buddies'

You can store people's Usernames so it's easy to message or challenge them to games.

wrong site for quick interactive games I'm afraid. Games are supposed to last for days if not longer. I have one that's been going on for ~ 2years... You've got to expect people to not move for extended periods (depending on the time limits set for the game)
