Good feedback, Hand of Hecate. Might as well sweep out the hospital while we die.

So let's have a little fun in the sandbox in the processs. Here is your proposition:

You launch a brand new general forum thread today, 03 October '09, on any topic.

I will refrain from making new ones during 2009 as ...[text shortened]...
one (without any bumps or tag on posts from you or any other poster). Fair game?

πŸ˜€[/b]
That isn't a really fair proposal - your threads live so long because so many feel it necessary to tell you how much they wish you would just die.

I think a lot of people didn't think it would be that long. Since 'Grampy' is part of your name. We thought you'd die pretty quick, but it just goes to show that the good die young. You will (apparently) live forever, torturing innocents with your buffalo-biscuit, righteous, hot gospel nonsense.

In case you hadn't noticed - there is no virtue. God does not exist. None of us are punished. You are a moron. Eff right off - most of us are sick of your preachy bull pancakes.

Ok, ok. Never argue with a fool, people may not know the difference. I get it. Something about this particular moron offends my sensibilities, destroys my faith in natural selection, and prods me to attempt to change the situation. A hopeless cause I know, but I have an inability to allow this level of stupidity to slide and stay silent.

This guy is probably one of those idiots who are on medicare (socialised medicine in the USA) but protests a public medical option (despite the fact that he already has one) on the basis that it infringes on taxpayers' rights. Unlike medicare, which his grandchild is paying for.

I hate Americans.

I have qualified for an Irish passport since I was born. Also a Canadian one. Never an American though - I threw away my green card.

Some of you are the worst Americans there are. You tend to have a false sense of what Ireland is, was, and will ever be.

However - I was being unfairly general. I don't hate all Americans, but if we used a sample of, say, ten thousand Americans, at least seven thousand of them would be non-thinking zombies who believe that their country is a land of liberty (homeland security) freedom of speech (I've been told by Americans, in America to shut my mouth or "they" would arrest me) and that they are the true brave and free (despite the fact that America is a country which bears the greatest resemblance to Orwell's "1984" than any place I have lived, worked, or visited.)

Your country is so set against the word "socialism" that even those who avail of socialised medicine (medicare) are the greatest arguers against having a simple public health care option for those who can't afford private care. You all have some sense that YOU deserve something, but you have no responsibility to society. Individual rights are greater than the society which allows those rights.

America could do with a good dose of social responsibility. A serious re-evaluation of basic human rights, and a reconsideration of what a government is.

Is a government a publicly appointed babysitter who tells you to wear your seatbelt, wear a helmet, say this, but don't say that? Is government a watcher of those who pay their bills, a snooping employee? Or is government the trustee of a public fund - a group who dole out the fund based on need? Should government be like American government, or should it be re-evaluated?

You are not Irish. Neither were your parents. You are an American - and if you are like most Americans, you are a whining moaner more interested in your own individual welfare than the welfare of your society. You are probably a waster of resources, and a person who disregards the lives of your fellow Americans. In the meantime your country violates internationally accepted laws (Geneva convention) and start wars that no one else wanted.

Americans can take their self-righteous buffalo-biscuits and shove them. You all think too much of your country, and yourselves.

I guess I opened a wound. I won't even try to begin a rational discussion, not today anyway.

Your intense hatred outweighs anything I could offer.
