Around the time my girlfriend and I broke up for the first time (yes, it happens often, but anyway) I decided to search long and hard for answers to my life in the bottom of beer bottles. Did I find anwswers?Not a chance. But I was drunk alot and thats a great way to be.
However, a few months into my consistent drinking I did find that the pants didn't fit anymore and I had put on about 20 or so pounds. hmmm, what had changed, I had been drinking a lot of beer. The switch to light beer, which is disgusting, put on about 5 more pounds.
My friends, if you wish to lose your beer gut you need not worry, you don't have to stop drinking! The answer is liqour! I have been on a steady diet of Long Island Ice Tea's and shots instead of beer for about a year and a half now. I was back to my fit and trim self 6 months ago.

liquor is almost and alcohol other than beer. it has no calories (or almost none i forget which). it is still not healthy but you wont pack on weight when you drink alot of it.
All alcoholic drinks have calories, however. The alcohol itself is almost the same as a carb, about 4 calories per gram. The other stuff in the drink will also contribute to the calorie count, which is why beer with all its carbs and flavour components has more calories than something like vodka, which is mostly alcohol and water. But even a vodka soda has about 70 calories.

The key is to just burn more calories. I suggest getting loaded and then beating the crap outta people. You'll burn off tonnes of excess calories kickin ass and takin names...ok, maybe the name takin won't burn too many of them but when you've lost the weight you'll know who to thank
