Follow the script dude. I never said he was bad. I was just making a comparison between somebody who could play the bass guitar and the riff that Mark King actually played in that song.
Mark King is regarded as one of the best bass guitarists in the world.
I just thought it mildly amusing. That's all.

James Jamerson playes great bass on all those motown hits in the 60s and 70s. Charles Mingus jazz bass. Jack Bruce played great bass with cream. Verdine White of earth,wind,and fire plays great bass. the bass player with Bob Marley i think his name is Barlett is also great. Billy Cox played with Hendrix was good. Sting with the police and solo very nice.Larry Graham of Sly and the family stone outstanding bass. Boosty Collins of James Brown and Parliment/Funkadelic sweet there are many others
