I am not Dives pal even though we are in the same Clan, but what you are saying about him not knowing how the pieces move is just plain ridiculous.
I've had my disagreements with Dive in the past and on going with goad. You should listen to goad though as his rating is higher than both yours and mine. He could probably teach you something about the game.
I know what my problem is with my game and am working on it. My rating should be higher than it now is.

My own game sir also has weaknesses. I'm mostly an instinctive player and usually get taken apart by an opponent who has really studied the game.

Anyone can alert a post but neither Dive or FMF can ban him, only the Moderators can do that. From much of what I've seen chaney3 was very deserving of the ban the Mod(s) gave him.
Part of my problems with my game is moving too fast or else I will be thinking too many moves ahead and end up moving the wrong piece first which can be a big mistake at times.
I guess learning a few more new openings and defences wouldn't hurt any either. 😉
