Am I in violation of the TOS. Am i doing anything that I should not be allowed to do as a subscriber? If you don't want people you don't like responding to your threads then you can leave the public forum and start your very own special club. Plenty of others have done it, not just the TSM, and it seems to work.

do you think an elite group of people should be afforded any special privileges on this site? If yes, who determines the people in that elite group? Will a committee be created? Who appoints the committee?
Should we simplly make it a matter of paying a premium? This would seem to diminish Darvlay's goal of better treatment for better posters as money would simply dictate who receives "better" treatment.
If we should leave things as they are then you can choose not to read or respond to any my posts in the general forum. Even those directed at yourself. If I violate the TOS, you can alert me. There are mechanisms in place to deal with anyone who violates the TOS.
Otherwise, the price of a public forum is accepting the participation of those you may wish to exclude.
