Did they do any tests? Sometimes these allergies can be very specific, e.g. you might be allergic to shrimp, but not crab. But don't try to figure it out yourself, your reaction might be even worse next time. If you really have an allergy against that stuff, it shouldn't be taken lightly, and you'll have to avoid even small amounts.
where a girl kissed her boyfriend just after he ate a peanut butter
and jelly sandwidge and she was allergic to peanuts and with just
that kiss got enough peanut in her and she died. Very sad.
