Is it me, or is this place getting a little bit 1984 with the moderation at the moment?

Yep. Also they never seem to answer any questions as to why things were done. All we get from other poeple is TOS 😴
How about a real answer to questions posed. Or do they think they`re unaccountable now.

Wait a second!
Doesn't it state in verse 6.3 of the gospel according to St. Marauder that you're not allowed to be abusive to people???
Oh. Here. It does:
It's not allowed to post, email or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
I reckon the fundamentalist TOSSERS are going to have a hard time complying to this verse...

i've read the TOS, people just want to know why it's been enforced in certain ways.
I don't think the mods are watching us, as I understand it they only investigate if someone complains. I don't think you need to worry about being excluded from the site for cheating unless you are cheating. Swearing in forum threads occasionally gets the post pulled, but unless you go really overboard nothing is likely to happen.

Originally posted by geniusYes, I feel that they could have got an e-mail notifying them. But the terms of service do provide for this, section 13 states that under certain circumstances an account can be terminated without prior notification, since we all implicitly agreed to this when we signed up it's rather difficult to argue against. Apparently they got refunds on their subscriptions.

for those people banned that have multiple accounts.. is there warning, or questions do you think? My wife and I would have the same IP address., and its not uncommon for her to log in right after me because she's usually trying to kick me off the computer so she can play her games. And, at times, we would be logged in at the same time with the same IP address (because RHP would only see the external facing IP, not the Internal private one)
