@fmf saidI think your attempt to stir up controversy through personal attacks is just a way to spam the forum for the sake of promotion.
I think your suggestion to him indicates that you are getting the wrong end of the stick viz a viz his attitude towards the thumbing that's going on.
"No such thing as bad publicity" -- right?
@kevin-eleven saidWhat "personal attacks"?

@kevin-eleven saidPromotion is necessary because people are not likely to stumble across From Colchester to Sulawesi, Box 39, and Bill's Big Bag of Onions by accident. I can't see how letting people know about radio programmes that feature ~ or were made by ~ members of this forum can be characterized by "spam".
Courtesy bump to help you spam the forum for the sake of promotion.
@kevin-eleven saidWhat "bad publicity" do you mean? The links get posted. People know of their existence. That's "publicity". Do you really think that a few anonymous thumbs down will, in some way, persuade or dissuade people [who might be curious to listen to the shows] from doing so? Surely you don't really think a few anonymous thumbs down attaches the label "bad" to either the information about the show or, indeed, the show itself? Surely not.
