You've gotta be kidding me! They trust you to drive at 16, but not to play the lottery! That's crazy. π
BTW, how does learning to drive in the US work? I'm sure I've seen films in which unlicensed 16 year olds are driving around by themselves, sounds like a recipe for disaster if you ask me. Over here, you need to have someone in the car with you who is over 21 and has held a license for at least 3 years.

You then take a road test (after the six months and your 16th birthday), then you get a licence.
in my state, nebraka, you just have to turn 16 and pass a test at fifteen learns permit is optional but you have to drive with 21 year old or more....any ticket that you get in that time you then can not get a licence until your 21 π right now i already had my learners permit for 360 days (five days short of my birthday) when you turn 16 then you have to take a wriiten exam (witch i did and i passed) and then you also have to take a driving test (witch i did adn passed) now all i have to do is go to the DMV and tell them my name and they hand me my licence!!!π..hahaha..nono but im a good driver infact i race actual cars on the weekend the only down side to this is since i am not 16 yet i have to have my dad in the passenger seatπ
