You can do it and all of that.... I don't feel like that.
I know it's not easy and I don't wanna dump a dodgy thread in the forum but anybody who knows about it can they say something or PM me.

2. Talk to a psychologist first, find out the degree of your depression. They can test you to determine this.
3. If it's bad enough (you can't even get your ass out of bed some days, or you have anger issues), you may require some form of medication, which requires a trip to a psychiatrist. (A psychologist is not an MD and can't prescribe drugs.)
4. Go back to the psychologist, who can recommend treatment options including out-of-the-box options like hypnosis or lifestyle changes (getting more sunshine, etc.).
Good luck. Like they say, admitting you have a problem is the first step, but it's a long road. Better get started. 🙂
