1: Make an option for them to be rated.
1a: For rated games make a forced loss for those who abandon the game.
2: Allow take back requests. If it exists I haven't been able to find it. I've already had a couple cases of a mouse slip. One was when I tried to castle and I dropped my king 1 square over.
3: The option to watch others play.
That being said, it's still much nicer than playing on Yahoo. Especially for someone like me who has a slow connection. It loads quickly, it doesn't lag and it doesn't crash all the time.
