It's not against the rules to raise the subject in a forum per se, but if the post encourages, even indirectly, a response that involves the specific game it becomes a breach of TOS.

We just keep moving our rooks and nothing is happening, i sent him 3 messages and offered draw on all 3 and he says " resign and move on"
so now he moves once every 2 days because he is a Jackass.
