1. If it's truly a stalemate then there shouldn't be any need to "force" someone to draw.

2. You're a subscriber with unlimited games and he's not.

I suppose you could let your clock run out and when your opponent calls your flag, point out that it's stalemate. Stalemate takes precedence. Just make sure you're right. 🙂
