In my twenties I lost it several times;
a guy on the tube kicking me,
a boy-racer on the North Circular,
a "wannabee gangsta" telling me he owned the seat in the pub.
As you get older you realise that anger is very destructive.
My moments of anger last for 30mseconds now. ๐

No when I was getting beaten up mostly. I was in a fight once and hit this guy Mark Roberts (his nick name was Jilted) over the head with a stick, he fell to the ground, got up, chased me, caught me and well 'kicked my head in'. I also fractured my knuckle fighting another guy called Wille Dixon. Ive been head butted on the face twice, hit full swing with a golf club on the side of the head (a number one wood I believe) had a bottle attempted to be broken over my head once (it didn't actually break) which required stitching and all just going about minding my own business.

Evidently you're not the peaceable fellow I thought! We must tread warily.

So, can you remember the moment in your life when you were as angry as have ever been and what caused it?
