Try reading... and based on your rating might I suggest a chess book!~
chess only, i was planning, a 'how to open a general forum thread for beginners', but I
am too well loved here for any decent opposition. Perhaps a 'how to break the
general forum clique for beginners', might be more useful, yeah!

Have you come to steal our women and precious minerals
I am visiting Edinburgh to see the spectacle that is the 'Belthane Fire Festival'.
I know you don't class Edinburgh as being true Scottish territory but it is as close as I have ever been.
I might even sneak a can of McCewans back over the border.
Sneaky!!!

I'm not sure what to expect at the festival. I will bring a bottle of water just in case.
I have seen Innes and Gunne about occasionally but never tried it. I might just take your word for it though and try some. Is it available on draft too?
