I always keep white wine in the fridge too. Somebody told me, to serve wine at the right temperatures, keep white wine in the fridge until 30 min (I think) before serving whereas red wine should be kept for about 30 min in the fridge before serving to get it a bit cooler.

Apparently you're not supposed to put red wine in the fridge.

So I was told, I'm not an expert.

That's what I was taught too, but room temperature was about 18 deg C then but perhaps 21-22 now?

According to your flag you're in Sweden.

I wouldn't think it is anywhere near 18 degrees C there.

At +5C you could go for a "Polarbear dip" and perhaps 'Bottoms Up'. 😲

Hmmmm. I remember being in Malmö (1967) and if memory serves me well the temps were in the +20C range.
