I really don't know why White House officials don't take away his Twitter or at least read it first so as not to cause near constant rows with America's best friend and closest ally.

By comparison, the US healthcare system is a sick joke & the envy of no-one.

Why would there be?
There were no mass demonstrations in the US when it was found that the VA had Veterans on secret death lists.
In fact, many Americans probably still don't have any idea that they were.
