Hummus: Never
Steamed with Lemon and salt: Absolutely
Also, I was always a fan of Pizzaria Uno's "spinoccoli" deep-dish pizza (spinach & broccoli). Normally, I don't go for anything outside the realm of standard NY/NJ (sometimes CT) traditional pizza, but Uno's "spinoccoli" was a masterful creation.

Never had Uno's. I'll give that a go sometime if I can, as well. Pizza is something you just have to try.

If broccoli is frozen in water upon defrosting it will be limp and much easier to eat.
Kudos to Dr Broccoli for crossing asparagus and cauliflower to create broccoli.
Major kudos. Broccoli is one of the more interesting and easily accessible veggies out there. Usually it seems to be one or the other.

I see. I've never heard of him, but with a name like that, I can see it. π
yea, I often use the noodle 'stock' for other dishes as well. especially from prawn noodles. quick & easy, and cheap.
cream, onions, chili + curry paste makes a great sauce for any veggies as well. but it's of course quite heavy food if you're trying to watch your boyish figure. π
