I was in NYC, and i saw a conical hole in a window. the hole spread out as it went towards the inside. it was roughly the size of a .38 or a 9mm bullet. any ideas?

Some guy with a really small penis launched himself at the window while he had an erection.

If you're in colinthecheats neck of the woods, be careful of the arsenic poisoning next.

9mm is a more popular round these days even though they are comparable in size.

probably someone shot a marble at the window with a catapult. We used to do that, 5 at a time and let of fire crackers...

there's only so far that would go through a 3/8" thick window, and it made a 2" wide hole

the true question is this - which is more affordable to someone who would shoot a window in NYC?

that is a really fast marble, and hot enough to smooth the glass

Probably just someone shooting their neighbors windows with an air rifle. In my neighborhood you always knew when a kid got a new one. All of the street lights started to mysteriously dim.

How do you know it looked like a 9mm hole, have you ever seen one? If not, did you have a micrometer with you? Finally, why am I even posting here?

You know what to do now.

Rooms near yours are referred too as neighboring rooms, correct? There was no problem with my phrasing, unless my anecdote confused you. I think my story is just as plausible as yours.
