Calling All Electronic Wizards

My Mp3 player is broken, it is a RCA TH1100A. When I hook it up to the computer it says Removable Disk G & Removable Disk F, but you cant open either or else the computer will freeze. Without it hooked up to the computer It plays nothing but weird al yankovitch. Is weird al some sort of wizard or what?. I need help.
