He didn't cut off anybody's head this time, but he may get a different jury in Las Vegas.

As usual, I remain blissfully unaware of what is happening in the news. Not sorry I missed this one.

He's quoted as saying, "Hey, I thought what HAPPENS in Vegas STAYS in Vegas.."

What a card!

wikipedia missed that quote.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/O._J._Simpson_Las_Vegas_robbery_case#Quotes

Quotes
"The door burst open and they came in almost commando style, O.J. Simpson and some of his people, I guess you would call it, with guns drawn," Bruce Fromong [7]

"Don't let nobody out of this room, [m.f.], you think you can steal my shLt and sell it?" Simpson is heard on tape yelling upon entering the room[8]

"Whether or not the property belonged to Mr. Simpson or not is still in debate, Having said that, the manner in which this property was taken, we have a responsibility to look into that, irregardless of who the property belonged to." Detective Clint Nichols[9]

"I just wanted to get my stuff back" Simpson tells CNN [10]

"I hope the police are trying to find out the truth rather than just building a case." Simpson tells the Associated Press[11]

None of those are as exciting as mine. Are you saying "OJ didn't say that because it's not at wiki??" That would be a silly quote for sure.

Where did you find that quote? It wouldn't surprise me if he did.

If it is true and found that it is his personal property, how do you steal your own property. I'm not saying that is the case but, what if it is. Doesn't he have the right to take possession of his property.

Not by force of arms.

Whether it's his property or not, "assault with a deadly weapon" is still a felony.
