How about instead of legalising dope, all the dopes who take it grow up and save their money for hospital insurance, or house insurance, rather than burdening the tax payer with their ineptitude ?

I think we should redistribution income, I think taxes are especially high for those on low incomes, perhaps even for middle incomes, but those on high incomes aren't at all; the burden is unfair.
