Hmmmm..... I may have to seek other options as time is not something I have a lot of. Someone suggested that there is a clinic in Mexico (Nogales) where one can pay a "small" downpaymet (cash), through a post office box in Somalia, and have the same procedure you describe done in just a week. The procedure itself takes only 4-1/2hrs but no anesthetic is provide. They suggest a bottle or two of Tequila will suffice pre-op.
