No, Bot's are much smarter! 🙂

On a serious note, I don't think he is a bad fellow. I think I know what you're thinking and we will soon find that out. 🙂

The chap in the OP asked a legitimate question which was resolved with the first reply. Not sure why this thread has legs.

He specified 'automatic subscription renewal,' so even though my reply omitted the word 'automatic' it was already established what we were talking about. Likewise, Russ would see the word 'renewal' and know he was talking about automatic subscription and not asking for his current subscription to be ended prematurely.

More to do with the P.M. the OP sent me, everything is cool as far as I am concerned. 🙂

EDIT: If you'd sooner make a Federal case of it, we can go there also. I think it could have been taken either way, that he wanted to end his subscription, or wanted to do it himself. It wasn't well worded rather you want to admit that or not. How do you know how RUSS would have taken it? It sure as hell didn't look obvious to me.

Now let the red thumbs hail upon me, as I spoke up to the Superior One!@ 🙂 😛

It was what Ghost told him to say in Feedback.

The only way I would say not to do the auto renewal is if I had plans on Leaving the site!

Do you have tunnel vision? Also absolutely no manners!

Try finding some manners, God knows you could use some!

Who I reply to is none of your concern unless it is you. 😛 🙂

I think you need to re-visit the OP to save yourself embarrassment. The guy couldn't have been clearer. There was nothing in his post, or my reply, that would lead Russ to think he wanted to cancel his subscription prematurely.

Did the word 'renewal' completely evade you?

Hi. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the link to Send Feedback. (And then request to cancel subscription renewal). That is what you said:

This is what I am talking about is what you told him to send feedback. I was Russ I would think you didn't want to renew your subscription or perhaps even cancel the one he had. Therefore I don't think what you told him to send in feedback was very clear. He was clear in what he was saying you were not in what you were telling him to send, in my opinion.

Why are you not seeing 'renewal?'

Seriously?

I still think you wording was wrong.

All the red thumbs in the world you want to have hailed down upon me will change that.

It appeared by saying he didn't want his subscription renewal, would mean he didn't want to renew at all. I think it would have been better to say he wanted to do it manually. We had it all straightened out in a P.M. as far as I am concerned. I corrected the way YOU SAID IT!!!! Sorry to have offended you, but I believe the subscriber and I have it straightened out on why I did.
