What a bus crash. Getting punched in the balls would have been preferable to the fake 'cable goes out' ending to The Sopranos. The whole thing was a waste of time. I could say more, but, not without using the F word repeatedly.

Originally posted by sonhouseI have never understood why the use of a word can be abhorred by virtue of the word itself. It makes no sense to me. You can be insulting without swearing, you can be derrogatory with pleasant sentences, the notion that using any one word over any other to imply non-contextual vulgarity is bizarre.

Come on, you expect it to end like an episode of 'The Fresh Prince of Bel Air' where everything is spelled-out in linear fashion and you are given a morality tit-bit?
Use your imagination to fill it in and it will also tell you your final stance on the morality of Tony.
Season 1 and 2 had slam-bang finales but they picked-up the 'whack 'em' all fans also and we have had to endure them ever since.
All I know is the I was truly unhappy and unsatisfied with the finale of The Sopranos. They built up the suppense with showing the suspicious guy in the resturante, and with the music gradually getting louder. They basically went with the whole "fill in your own end, but as for now everyone is happy and alive" but....why cut to black. Me and my roomate thought our cable box messed up (because it does often) then the credits showed up. Words cannot express how pissed off we were. I would have been much happier with a fade out. But....one of the worst endings of a series ever Id say.

Watched the finale last night and I couldn't be happier with the way the series ended. I felt very satisfied knowing that people would be pissed off by it. Truly one of the greatest TV shows of our time, ending at the right time. 🙂
The question now...should I cancel HBO? The only other thing I watch is Entourage.
