Cant get on redhotpawn at different location.

I have ticked multiple browsers on my own computer but when i was along at my daughters it logged me on but when i tried to play a game and clicked on it said i was not logged on. Anyone any ideas, do you need java or what?

I think the cookies are enabled, tell me how to go about it, and how do i clear browser cache? Last time i was there i did not have multiple browsers ticked.

I use explorer 6 and the cookies are all right set at medium. How do i go about deleting this dos file?
