are instructed to follow and the prosecution did not do their job right. Like using ODOR as a prosecution tool. Nobody EVER used that as evidence in a trial.
Personally I have no doubt she offed her beautiful little girl but the jury has to live with the limitations of the evidence and they unanimously decided the evidence was not good enough to allow a guilty verdict beyond reasonable doubt.
This thing is not over by a long shot, there are still civilian wrongful death charges that will not have such a high judicial standard.
She also has go through the gauntlet of the charges of lying to the cops, a much lesser charge for sure but she might have more jail time coming.
Each charge can get her a year in the brig so it could be four years till she sees the light of day again.
That will be decided on thursday. She might go scott free, taking into consideration time already served in jail. I don't know how much time that was, I didn't follow the trial at all till today's verdict. I didn't even know it has been going on for 3 years!
But she was tried and convicted in the media, which pronounces you guilty until proven innocent. That is not justice, that is pronouncement by newspaper.
Justice is what the court system is supposed to do and it seems the judgement was made in this case. The prosecution dropped the ball.

I'm sorry but I was under the silly impression you were innocent till proven guilty.
That said, Anthony is about as despicable a human as is possible for a mother.
