Pawn Artist says that he knows certain people are cheating. How does he know for sure. I've played a few games when people have suddenly started playing well, but this cannot be certain proof that cheating is going on. Maybe some of them were tired or drunk. I know from experience how your rating can shoot up when you play sobre half of the time rather than getting in from the pub absolutely bevvied up to the hilt then making a drunk move that you can't even remeber then going to bed, so i don't know. Is it actuaally proveable 100% or as near as damn it at least?
