they probably couldn't understand your complaint with no punctuation or caps you see the sentences run together if you dont use those sometimes people cant understand when one thought stops and another starts sometimes they even just say screw this guys complaint he writes like hes six maybe hes one of those doofuss who can figure out how to castle then just delete it instead of reading your complaint
