Perhaps it would be a good idea if any person who joined who was under 18 be required to give an adult's e-mail address. Of course, they'd have to let the admins know they were under 18, but again just a suggestion.
I don't think this idea is a very good one though, because good behaviour on RHP does not seem to correlate very strongly with age.

It has come to my attention that one of my former clan members Blobby has been playing himself in an attempt to raise his rating he has set up a character rrr and has made rrr resign 8 games thinking that this will raise his rating. Little does he know that unless a player makes 4 moves in a game no rating points are awarded. firstly my mum and dad don't have a email address and av just subscribed so if i get chuked off i will of wasted 15 pounds and this rrr i got speaking to and i then challenged him but he resigned straight away then i sent him a message saying could we have a fair game but he kept resigning and i coulden't make another account because i only have one email address which i created specifically for this site so anyone who is accusing me of cheating is wrong as that proves it okay now could people stop accusing me of things that i havent done just because me and frank had a misunderstanding and while were on that matter i didn't mean to be offensive i was trying to have a laugh but he decided to send feedback for a friendly gester that i didn't think caused offence please if i have caused anyone else offence please say. but no one will say that because i haven't said any offencive stuff okay just quit it havin a go at me😳:'(

Play whole games, start a clan, etc. etc.
