Whats better about this site than chess.com? Just wondering if people have any thoughts on the matter.

The difference.......wellllllll, Erik is of the, 'what I say goes but I'll PRETEND to listen' brigade of internet business owners...the ( overly moderated ) forum are as dull as dishwater for anything outside of chess, and it's expensive for what you actually get unless you need the extra holiday flag time, your every internet site visit 'elsewhere' is used by chess.com to determine the advertising you receive, so it's little more than spying really..also, they boot more members every day than RHP gets new members in a week. The consensus is that the chess.com game mod' team never err on the side of caution, they just boot you..there have been a fair few high profile bans over there, one of which pursued Erik legally. Both parties ( obviously ? ) agreed to disagree but all trace of the WGM's existence there has now vanished.
BUT, there are many good points also...chess, chess, chess...if you live and breath it, want to talk all day about it and BUY coaching and instructional video, then it's the place for you...you can play some pretty high profile players over there, if you have the talent, AND the money, that is 😉
The difference is personal...you pays your money and you take your choices \ chances but if it's merely monetary, RHP is far better value !
