The quote at the bottom of the page I thought was funny is as follows:
"“I think chess may be a relatively cool thing for kids to do now, on par with soccer or other sports,” he says. “It really wasn’t then.”
Well, here amidst the general fora he may find agreement... but as far as the general public is concerned I have my doubts.
But you can't blame him. He's an economist.
