'Yorkshire Puddings' sounds like you are talking those awful modern individual things pretending to be yorkshire puddings. A proper yorkshire pudding is cooked in the same pan that the beef was roasted in with some of the beef dripping left in.

u trying to teach yer granny how to suck eggs I am from north yorkshire mate and its allways beef dripping, and on a sunday ya get a yorkshire and gravy for starters. old saying thems wot eat most pudding gets most meat.
