Not my own but the next door neighbour had a beautiful 8 foot tree that their cat knocked over on Christmas Eve. I had told him previously to make sure the cat didn't get near the tree as I had a similar exprience years ago. On a happy note, they were able to get it back up minus a few broken bulbs which they had extras, so were able to replace.
