Christmas

I find Christmas a real drag. It's a cash register with lights on it. I think I'll become a Hindhu. Then again they might have their own aggravating holidays.

try being a christian, its not about getting the shops tills ringing. its about the birth of jesus as saviour, the rest tinsels,gifts,are mans invention.

I have to admit that I find most holidays ridiculous.

They have all been commercialized to the point where they have nothing to do with the actual holiday.

In fact, many of the things we feel a 'need' to buy cards and gifts for were directly created by companies (i.e. Hallmark) to increase sales.

I don't want to start a huge discussion here (Maybe I'll go start one in the debates), but I think it is pretty common knowledge that Christmas didn't come from the birth of Christ.
It's perpetuated by toy companies needing to make money and churches wanting to boost attendance..

I like Christmas, cuz, that's when Santa comes!
