Is it time to ditch my trusty FF or not?

FF's slow starts are beginning to bother me. I also heard that Chrome seems to do better than FF in safety tests. Is that true?

An add on to FF that interprets greasemonkey scripts.

Sorry, dude, I am a professional choreographer and pet psychologist, so I don't understand that stuff.

I don't even care, to be honest. I just wanted to chat Palynka into becoming my girlfriend or sumthin'

You don't have one? When you download Firefox you can register at their website and they'll send you a greasemonkey. This is a special type of oil that you rub into your body part of choice, making you as potent as a large simian. You can request one up to a maximum of one per month.

Nope. Google Gears is the closet thing and it's not that good.

Chrome is more orientated to be competition for IE or Safari.

There's very little in the way of customisation or addons for it. All of that kind of functionality has been removed to make it faster and easier to use.

I'd say Chrome and FF are about the same for safety/security.

I use Firefox.

I did try Chrome for a while but I missed the addons.

Agreed, I can't live without addons, Chrome's okay, but it doesn't offer anything very different and lacks the best features of FF, I'd stick with FF. Afterall, you only need to load it once and then keep it on.
