Greasemonkey? What's that?

Is it time to ditch my trusty FF or not?
FF's slow starts are beginning to bother me. I also heard that Chrome seems to do better than FF in safety tests. Is that true?
There's very little in the way of customisation or addons for it. All of that kind of functionality has been removed to make it faster and easier to use.
I'd say Chrome and FF are about the same for safety/security.

Originally posted by Daemon SinAgreed, I can't live without addons, Chrome's okay, but it doesn't offer anything very different and lacks the best features of FF, I'd stick with FF. Afterall, you only need to load it once and then keep it on.
I use Firefox.
I did try Chrome for a while but I missed the addons.
