What about John Cage or Karlheinz Stockhausen?
What about Villa Lobos, Manitas De Plata, Julian Bream, Ida Presti or Alicia Delarocha? Ever hear of these people?

No opera at all? Granted most opera isn't all that great but come on, Carmen, Rigoletto? Figaro?

Dude, download these.

"Flower Duet"
"Toreador"
"La Donna E Mobile"

Cranky?

I prefer the works of Mozart and Bach myself.

Especially Mozart's requiem...

I feel it is a ballad designed to escape from the physical realm...

Almost like a song of the spirit world...

Death haunts the pages of the requiem...

Someone needs his beauty sleep.

A little Brahms lullabye perhaps?

I've been listening to Faure's Reqiuem. Pie Jesu is one of the most beautiful pieces you will ever hear.

If it's for Bowmann, you should spell it correctly, or he'll get nightmares.

I am playing it this weekend. 🙂 I am not a big fan of Mozart, but the Requiem is great music. So is the Mass in C minor.
