I've been listening to Faure's Reqiuem. Pie Jesu is one of the most beautiful pieces you will ever hear.
There is another Jesu, JS Bach, Jesu, Joy of Man's desiring which is etherically beautiful, nice to play on guitar also! The version by Christopher Parkening is IMHO the best ever recorded.

I fancy Sergei Pokofiev's "Peter and the Wolf."

I found a 5 compact disk set of tchaikovsky in a used cd store (cost me 10 USD), but he gets boring after awhile unless youve got a bottle of gewurztraminer in your belly.

I like the piece (guitar version)🙂

I wondered if there's any harp version as well?

I heard some modern classical music (eg. Philip Glass, Arvo Pert etc) played on harp by Walsh players, and I found them very relaxing and unwinding.

Are you talking about the motet "Jesu meine Freude"? That's a lovely piece.

Yes, it is beautiful, but it is a different piece.

Ah, Jesus bleibet meine Freude. That's very nice, too.

Sheep May Safely Graze from Cantata 208 is my favorite. Parkening has a very nice rendition of this as well.

That's easily recognizable in the translation for a change - "Schafe mögen sicher weiden". 🙂
