Good God man, is that what you're running?
No wonder you always have computer questions. 😞

I've still got mine; in excellent condition and fully functional (as far as I know).
I think it cost around £200 pounds then and I can remember agonising for a couple of weeks over spending that much money on it.

PS I am very old!

🙁

Only the posh kids had a C64 in my neck of the woods. Most had the Spectrum 16/48k.

My dad bought me an Acorn Electron cos "it looked like a computer should".

As a child I was both ashamed and proud, if you can have those conflicting states of mind at the same time. Loved that computer though.

Thanks Dad.

Bah.

Machine of the wannabe, game-playing-only, nobodies.

Toy for jocks.

Real men had a Speccy.

I don't like computers. I don't like using them or looking at them. I didn't even own one til the 21 century.

I was happier when I had to think on my own. 😵

Horses can't draw computers. They've got hooves for goodness sake! How could they hold the pencils ?
